What Is A Boiler Service?
Regular boiler maintenance and servicing are essential. During a service, a Gas Safe registered engineer will remove the boiler casing and visually check all the parts for corrosion and leaks.
Internal components will be cleaned and the burner, injector, and spark probe will be inspected. We also record gas and water pressure and check the flue and ventilation for blockages.
Most importantly, testing is carried out to make sure no dangerous fumes are being omitted.
We also look for anything that might fail shortly, so you can plan repairs before they become an emergency.
